·      You have completed a technical vocational education (mbo) that has contact with civil engineering, infrastructure, mobility, or rail;

This will be your job
We have positions available throughout the year on various projects and offices in the Netherlands, including one near you. Have you finished your technical education and do you want to investigate whether your talent is best utilized in work preparation, execution, design, or estimation? Then the vocational talent program is a great fit for you!

Vocational talent program

In this two-year adventure, you will get to know our company from the inside out. You will complete four rotations of six months each in different departments within your own operating company. Think of roles such as site manager, work preparer, estimator, and designer. You are free to choose your rotation. You can choose to specialize, or also to broaden your knowledge. In the final rotation, in consultation with your mentor, you can work outside of your 'own' operating company.

Development
Because we want to stimulate your development, we conclude every 6-month period with a training session. This means there are a total of 4 training moments, the last of which is 'personal effectiveness'.

The Infra division consists of various operating companies. Depending on your place of residence, we will look at which operating company/project best aligns. Our offices are located in, among others, Rotterdam, Den Bosch, Utrecht, Zwolle, and Cruquius. We are involved in various types of projects such as PHS Nijmegen, GelreGroene, and junction De Nieuwe Meer.
