you want to get your C license and become a driver, but you understand that you first need to learn the basics. You will start with us as a passenger/assistant. You will go along in the vehicle to learn the ropes of the trade: how to deal with customers, how to load and unload efficiently, and how to navigate through the region? If you show that you are a hard worker and that we can count on you, then we will pay for your training to become a C driver.
Future: a job guarantee as a driver as soon as you have your pink card.
Friendly team: you will go out with experienced drivers who will teach you everything.
Balance: you start early (05.00 - 07.00), but you are home in time for dinner.
Good equipment: we arrange your work clothes and sturdy shoes.
In this process, your attitude counts 100%. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait around, but takes action.
Physically fit: you enjoy being active all day with kegs, crates, and roll containers.
Reliable: the driver and the customer rely on you. You are always on time and you put your shoulder to the wheel.
Eager to learn: you watch closely how the driver maneuvers and handles the vehicle. You truly want to learn the trade.
Customer-oriented: you are the face of the company and remain friendly, even when it is busy at a customer's location.
Early bird: you have no trouble getting up while the rest of the Netherlands is still sleeping.
Flexible: you are willing to work two Saturdays per period and together we determine the working days during the week.
