• Real responsibility from week one - the actual product and customers, not making coffee
• Mentorship straight from the Founder
• You'll leave AI-native at sales: a stack and playbook most reps won't have for years
• A front-row seat to how a company gets built - and a real shot at staying on

Interested? Send a short note: why this role, and what you want to learn. Bonus points if you use AI to help write it - and tell us how. Quick process: a chat, one small real task, then a yes or no. No months of waiting.

Avery is a Hiring Intelligence Engine - AI agents that source, screen, and schedule, on a system that gets smarter with every hire. We're early-stage in Amsterdam with real paying customers, and we want someone who sells the way we build: AI-native.

You won't be dialing from a script and grinding a spreadsheet. You'll run outbound like a one-person growth team - using AI to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move faster than a whole SDR desk. Front-row seat to how we win our first customers, and 5% of every deal you close 💶

• Run outreach across calls, WhatsApp, and Email - with AI drafting and prepping you for every conversation
• Build and run outbound experiments: let AI do the research, you bring the judgment and "you" (real person)
• Prep demos and follow-ups faster with AI, so your time goes to the human parts
• Learn what actually moves a deal - and teach the system what you learn

• Driven and curious - about people and about AI
• Already living in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, whatever you've made your own) and hungry to get sharper
• Not afraid to pick up the phone
• Dutch is a must (but with great results you can prove I'm wrong)
• Another European language is a plus
